Comments Thread For: Charr's Promise To Vitali: I'll KO Haye To Get Rematch!

Manuel Charr has vowed to knock out Briton David Haye and set up a rematch with world champion Vitali Klitschko.

Charr lost to Klitschko last September, although the fight was stopped due to a cut.

The German insists he would have won the contest had he been allowed to continue but now faces a battle to get back into world-title contention.

He hopes to do so by beating Haye when they meet in Manchester on June 29

Charr said: "Vitali doesn't want to fight David and he doesn't want to fight me again, either.

Charr was dominating Vitali up until the stoppage.

I'm starting to look forward to charr haye

Might turn into a slugfest which would be in Hayes favour.

I can't see vitali facing the winner of this fight anyway.

But I could be wrong / hope I'm wrong

oh please, this will be a one-sided fight with haye dominating for 5-6 rounds before finally TKOing charr.

Oh please! If anyone thinks Charr was "doing OK" against Vitali, they are blind AND dumb. Charr may have been coming forward....right onto everything that Vitali threw. No wonder he was cut up.

Charr landed maybe half a dozen half decent punches in the whole 4 rounds....he got ****en pummelled by an old man going backwards.

              **** off Charr!!

Can't believe Haye is taking on such a dangerous opponent at this time.
