It's really hard for me to pick because I have no idea how Pacquiao will bounce back. But my gut feeling is telling me that even a lesser version of Pacquiao beats Brandon Rios and probably by KO/TKO.

It pisses me off when I think of the potential matches Top Rank and Golden Boy could be making if they all grew up. I blame Bob mainly for all of this.

That said, I think Pac stops him via TKO somewhere between rds 7-10. I like Rios, but Pac is too quick and active for him.
