Who is this Brandon Rios guy fighting Pacquiao?

So who is this guy? I know he is a former lightweight and light welterweight champ and coming off a loss but besides the obvious who is this guy?

Is this a credible fighter to fight Manny? Where does Rios even rank? Is he a good opponent? Does he have a shot at beating Manny?

What does it mean for Manny if he wins? What's next for him if he wins? Does that mean he is back because he beat Rios?

What does it mean if Rios wins?

    Discuss.

He's the handpicked heir apparent to Juan Manuel Marquez. Buy the fight, Pac's going to get knocked out by a counter right hand again.

You gotta be a troll but it's cool. Rios is a tough night out for most light weight guys, not so much at 140. Against Pac, he has the perfect style to turn Pac into a KO machine like he was 3 years ago. If Rios wins, it'll take a miracle and he would be the man for winning.

Lots of people think Rios deserved at least a draw in his last fight with Alvarado and he KOed Alvarado before that fight. Rios is a dangerous fighter because he hits hard with both hands and has a very good chin. He is dead game, with good stamina and he never stops coming forward throwing bombs. He is easy to hit and Pacquiao should win by KO but I sure would not call Rios a cherry pick for anyone. If you fight Rios you will know you have been in a fight. He will hit you hard and often.
