At the Enzo weigh-in, yes. About 6-7%.

His face has the slight drawn in features also.

Ali, Foreman, Lewis and most other heavyweight greats were "soft" looking compared to Haye and not as ripped as him. It's not only the looks. I would find it surprising if "damn near every" heavyweight looked like him in the 80's.

He's always in ridiculous shape. I can't imagine the discipline that must take.

You should have been up front about being female from the beginning. It explains a lot about your posts.

I wouldn't have sent you the "kick me" gift had I known you're a girl.

My guess is a good as yours. No one can determine bf% from one picture with 100% accuracy.

Ali, Foreman, Lewis were all natural heavyweights. Their big bone structure attributed to them being up at heavyweight unlike guys like Haye, Evander and also Steve Cunningham who put on muscle to be that heavy. It's why all those guys are having stamina issues up at heavyweight, all that useless contracted muscle uses a lot of energy during the fight. Back in Ali's era Kenny Nortan had a body like Haye and he too had stamina problems. Also notive the size of Haye's legs compared to Ali, Haye's lower body is defined like his upper but look at Ali's and you can see it's no wehre near as defined but much bigger than Haye's.
