Guillermo Jones (38-3-2, 30KOs) is finishing up his training camp, as he plans to batter the current WBA cruiserweight champion Denis Lebedev (25-1, 19KOs). Jones (38-3-2, 30KOs), the mandatory challenger, is scheduled to face Lebedev on May 17th at Crocus City Hall in Russia. The match was scheduled many times, but postponed by Jones. The WBA, last year, stripped Jones of the title and made Lebedev the full champion. Jones wants to pay Lebedev back with a knockout victory. Guillermo Jones is taller with a longer reach than Lebedev and is very strong. -

Love to see Guillermo fight, he is a dog ! He disfigures guys, fights with very bad intentions. Really busts people up ! Very avoided fighter, no one calls him out - only people that are forced to fight him i.e. mandatories -Comment

Such Bull****? wtf are you talking about - look at the faces of the last 3 people he has fought (looks like they where mugged)- and he was a champion until he got stripped leading up to this fight, the only other World champion that does not get called out is GGG - All world champions get called out, so what you think this dude does not want to make some $ ? I never see anyone call this man out, yes he fights for King, but who has called him out besides his mandatories ? I would think that people would call him out because he doesn't fight, so they can 1) have an advantage because of his inactivity, and 2) call him out for handcuffing the belt. He knows how to use his length and he hurts you, this will be a good fightComment
