      Why not I guess, the fight is going to be in China it is not like VADA could stop a fight from happening there I reckon.

      Good for them though.

      I would also figure that played a role.

          Read this somewhere else...

          Manny Pacquiao has reportedly requested random drug testing for his November 23 fight against Brandon Rios. This is the first time this procedure will be used in a Pacquiao fight, possibly due to the presence of Rios’ strength and conditioning coach Angel Heredia, who also worked with Juan Manuel Marquez and has been involved with performance enhancing drugs in the past. Word is VADA will be doing the testing.

              Most likely. Why wouldn't he? Marquez looked yoked might as well "Protect yourself at all times"

                      marquez definitely looked suspect against pac..huge ripped muscles and one punch knockdown and KO power all at age 39..does make you go "hmmmmmm"..

                          I posted in the thread when this was first reported that the only reason they're testing is cause rios is with memo and manny is still thinking Juan cheated. This has nothing to do with a Floyd fight. And is quite hilarious
