One of Norway´s best amateurs of all time, Tore Magnussen, passed away last weekend at the age of 75. Magnussen won the Norwegian championship every year between 58 and65 fighting at lightweight, light welter and welter. In 65 he also won the Nordic championships and then turned pro compiling a 15-10-2 record until 1972 when he retired.
