thompson does need the win more then price. he is 41 & could use another big payday or 2. price's team had to come up with money to get this rematch after thompson took the first fight for peanuts. thompson had 2 fights with chambers delayed which cost him lots of money. he won't get another shot at wlad so he needs to make money fighting contenders or up & comers with handlers with deep pockets...
