Should FMJ vacate his LMW belt?

Even Floyd's most ardent supporters admit that he's simply not big enough to compete with elite light middleweights. Instead of talking about catchweights and special re-hydration clauses, shouldn't he either follow regular WBA rules for the 154 pound weight class OR, alternatively, simply vacate the belt?

It's clear that Floyd should not have to fight in a weight class in which elite level opponents are simply too big and strong for him. But should he then continue to pretend to be a LMW world champion?

I voted that he should vacate his belt (or at least I will if I can figure out how to do this poll thing).

I don't llike Floyd but it is a big weightclass for him. If he don't want to keep fighting there then he should vacate. I'm sure he will be said to be "Ducking Canelo" If he does that, so maybe fight (and beat) Canelo then do it lol

I don't think he should even fight at 147. He may need to go back down to 140 and maybe he can get some knockouts and make this sport exciting again.

To be honest, I'm surprised he hasn't been stripped yet...

Uhhh sanctioning bodies get paid of Mayweather bouts. They would never strip him.

He should keep it for Canelo, beat him then drop em all and never fight north of 147 again.

Who says Floyd cant compete with elite JMWs? Now JM might not be his best weight class but hes still good enough to beat anybody in the JMW division.

Pretty much he should have been stripped or should be in the process of that.

He could vacate, but if they are just going to let him sit on it and be champion of two different classes he should take advantage of that since that is rare as hell.

WBA should strip him, but they probably won't. I don't think he particularly cares one way or the other.

I don't think he still has the WBA, but of be does might as well vacate since he's ducking that division anyway. (As ussuall)
