It would be his best win so if he knocks him it puts higher in the rankings. Any of the 4 middleweight champions will not go much farther until they start fighting each other though.

I actually think quillen geale and ggg would beat martinez the way he looked in his last fight and knowing he will be out till probly 2014 with injuries. All three of them are getting better each fight, especially quillen. He looked raw and awkward vs winky but i have seen alot of improvement in him

Lol that's what I was going to say. But everyone who survives gggs wrath is a legend and a good win

if ggg brutally kos macklin like i predict then it will further instill fear among the rest of the top guys at 160...thus making his chances at fighting the top guys that much slimmer..

I'm picking Macklin to beat Golovkin.

Beating Macklin would put Golovkin in a great position for future fights and hopefully it increases his US fanbase. Saying that I would not be one bit surprised if Macklin makes Golovkin look ordinary or even bad in this fight. This is going to be a very tough fight for Golovkin.

Macklin must be getting alot of money for this fight, cause hes the only one top guy in 160 that had the balls to step up to GGG ,geale or quillin would never try!! Lol
