short tem-yes he got a Manny fight by beating the corpse of Casamayor for well over $ 1 mil.

long term-no. right now floyd and tim should be unifying the ww titles in September on ppv which if he won would really make him more future money.

I'm not sure, he got fat, was relatively inactive and almost got stopped by a fighter I believe he should have dominated.

          This.

Not to mention TR/HBO were going to give him 3 million for a Peterson rematch. That's ridiculous! (he turned it down, later to negotiate with Provod) To face whom would Golden Boy give him 3 mill? Floyd, that's about it. I think it's safe to say that Top Rank has been good to him thus far. He's gotten the fights he's wanted and I'm sure they've come with some very nice paydays.

I think so, he made like a couple mils from the PAC fight and now he's getting marquez and who knows he might get to rematch PAC again later on down the road. He's pretty much set in life with the money he made.

I think he made the right decision. Wins over Pac and Marquez on his resume will look good years from now. But if he still fights after the Marquez and Pac rematch, it will be best if he goes to GBP. If he beats those guys at 140 on their roster, he will have a great legacy and go down as a hall of famer. I don't think Floyd will ever fight him. Floyd only seems interested in fighting Latinos as of late. But if Tim can get wins over Marquez, Manny again, Garcia, and Matthysse, I think it would force Floyd to fight him.

If he beats Marquez, he'll have official wins over Pacquaio and Marquez. I'm sure he wants the Mayweather fight and there's no way he's getting that at TR and there isn't much options left at TR regardless.
I keep seeing that the contract was 4 or 5 fights. If it's 4, he can leave after Marquez, which would be perfect. If it's 5, he can possibly get the Pac rematch and then leave.

Either way, he could leave after a nice payday or two and potentially some great wins.

It was a good move. He got what he wanted, the PAC fight. The problem is he didn't deserve to win so he never got treated like a guy who just put an end to Pacs great run. Also he got a lot of backlash for acting like he won and talking big when he got a gift decision. All that has messed him up. He's also not that exciting. Only thing exciting about him in his last fight was when he was getting hammered.

Man I was hoping Bradley would have sign with GBP. I always wanted to see that Khan vs Bradley at 140 or maybe a Mayweather fight 147. He ended up getting some pretty good fights at TR with Pac and Marquez now. So it ended up working out for him signing with scum bag Arum.
