The current World Boxing Council (WBC) silver world champion at flyweight (112 pounds), Panamanian Luis 'El Nica' Concepcion (28-3, 21KOs), could make his first defense at the end of July. The information was revealed by his attorney Roger Espiņo. Concepcion has won five wins in a row since the first round TKO defeat to Tyson Marquez of Mexico.

I've seen him 2x & he's quite good, but has virtually no defense...I hope he does well, he's the best chance Panama has 4 a title...hopefully he stay @ 112 & not go 2 115 vs Carlos Cuadras who is far better...
