I think team PAC realized that PAC doesn't have much left so why waste time by feeding PAC to someone lightly. That's why they went with rios, yes rios style is perfect for PAC but rios can still **** it out. So by matching PAC with rios it will give team PAC a good insight on where PAC is at.

If PAC struggles or doesn't look good then it's time to hang it up. Why waste time by putting PAC in with somone who can't punch only to make PAC look good then gets KO in his next fight. So I think team PAC made a good decision by going with rios.

i think the reason people call rios a bum is because he is one.

only things he does well is run his mouth and force weaker minded fighters to fight his fight instead of fighting the fight that will beat him easily. boxing wise, he has nothing. less than nothing

Regarding your post-On the other hand-putting him in with Alavarado gives you an idea if he has improved dealing with boxers that move. Manny's next 3 fights (in a perfect world) Bradley, JMM, floyd -all move and force manny to cut off the ring-things he isn't great at, while also giving him a KO victory.

It would reward Mike with a bigger payday for beating rios and it would give fans who dont just watch manny to see him KO an opponent a chance to assess his total skill.

This is why Pac is a legend of the sport. Pac doesnt take easy fights and he fights regularly as well.
It cant be long since he got koed yet his next fight is signed. Best fighter of this era.
