Wins against who? Andre freaking Berto?
Rios and Alvarado are 1-1. Brandon won his fight far more conclusively. What difference does it really make who won the last fight? I mean, really. Apart from Floyd fans who can hang on to this notion of fighters coming off wins.
Rios vs Pac makes for a better fight. I know an exciting fight is an alien concept for you Floyd fanboys but please, get a damn clue.
Finally, I don't know if you realised, but Pac just came off a brutal, career-shortening KO. He's past-prime. This is a good fight.
Seriously, what the heck is wrong with Floyd fans?
The Pac-Floyd thing is done. You don't need to score points anymore. It's over.Comment

Another Pacquiao opponent coming off a loss. Meanwhile people complain about Floyd fighting Guerrero, when basically any legit person in the boxing world was cool with the fight and knew it was a legit fight, not to mention the only thing really available that made sense.....
Pacquiao's only had 2 good fights since Cotto at this point, Clottey and Bradley. Margarito, Mosley, Marquez, and Rios....all bull when he fought them.
Who was cool with Guerrero let's say one year before it happened? People were even ridiculing it. Even once it was made nobody gave Guerrero a chance. Floyd fans quickly forget that Floyd last fought at 154 not 147 so there were other better options.
You also forget that from those that were OK with Guerrero it was more because Floyd was supposed to fight twice and this was his tuneup fight BUT every time he fights, this is the excuse he gets then fights only 1 time in that year!!! I bet you are one of those that said the above!!!
Let's get real, the guy that gets KOed had better OPTION #1 and #2 than the undefeated Floyd's options.
Wish Floyd fans were harder on their undefeated Floyd than a guy who just got KOed in devastating fashion ....Comment

I don't know of many who are asking Floyd to fight at 160 but when Floyd's team was interviewed about that they said "If the money is right then it can happen"
Secondly, most people are really complaining about Floyd or more his fans saying "It's not fair for Floyd to fight a 154 fighter"
Now if you say that you do have common sense, then you would agree that a guy who has fought there twice already and has a title at 154 and who is #1 P4P should be able to fight other fighters at that weight. Right? So why are his fans saying "It's not fair"? Especially when most of Floyd's fights are against guys who just entered the WW division. Was it not fair for them either?
So lets stick to 154 before we even go there (160)Comment

People, as happens in boxing, convinced themselves it was a good fight by the time it rolled around.
That Floyd was supposed to be a tune-up for a tougher fight in Sept against Canelo.
Pac-Rios is far, far FAR better than the stinkfest sparfest that was Floyd-Robert.
I mean, seriously, when you do people get off with this nonsense?Comment

I would have preferred Alvarado.
It's amazing how you can critique one guy for fighting guys like Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, and Guerrero when he did.....than praise or defend another for fighting Margarito, Mosley, Marquez, and now Rios when he did. Truly amazing.
How about wins against....ughhhh....I don't know, actual Welterweights. And though Berto is nothing more than an average fighter, many on here picked him to beat Guerrero's ass.Comment

No-one was cool with that fight, we all thought it ******, and sure enough, it ******.

You can't defend opponents like Rios coming off a loss to Alvaraod, and than knock a guy like Guerrero, who was coming off wins and who would beat either Rios or Alvarado H2H.Comment
