I'd agree its a cherry pick but Manny is coming off a fight where he got dropped. In this case its a good boxing and business move for Manny. Lose again and its done deal for Manny in boxing world.

Now, this cherry pick doesn't compare to fmj's. He really has no excuse and has been consistent with it. Comparing Rio's and the ghost in my opinion rios brings more to the table. A better fighter and much more entertaining. Overall Manny vs Rio will be much a better fight then fmj and the ghost. That behind said credit goes to Manny.

Continue to see some of the best cherry picking by fmj as he full fills his contract with showtime. Manny will win and gain some stock back. Regardless of what you think of Manny you must admit he has brought some of these best fights in recent history. Win or lose.

Rios is another 140 pounder , coming of 2 losses in 3 fights , is a face first B grade bum with heart .

It's funny how PAC can fight a 140lb that's coming off a loss and all his fans defend the fight. Mayweather fights a top P4P fighter in Marquez who he outweighed by 4lbs and its blaspemy. Rios presents know problem to PAC at all. He is a smaller version of Margarito and will get beat the same way Margarito did. Come to think about it I want one of you PAC fans to name a fighter other than Marquez that Floyd fought that he made move up or fought at a catch weight. Dont say Victor Ortiz becasue dud came in the ring at damn near 170lbs. Nobody pays attention to the fact that Floyds three toughest fights were all fights he moved up in weight to challenge the champion and not make them come to him like PAC does and is doing again. (Castillo, De La Hoya, and Cotto) he moved up to their weight class to fight all of them and then when people kept saying he lost to Castillo he turned around and fought him again, doesn't sound like somebody that's scared to lose to me.

It should be a great, action packed fight while it lasts. If pacquiao isn't gun shy and fights the way we're accustomed to seeing, he should take Rios out in about 7-8 rounds.
