Rios is terribly slow, but he has the biggest balls in boxing. That's the recipe for a painful night for him. He really is going to get that granite chin cracked in this fight.

Rios much better then Margarito. WAY better defensevily and offensively.

Rios is more crisp offensively and has a slightly tighter defense. He doesn't have the massive size and stamina Margarito had. He also has a good chin but Margarito in his prime had an absolute granite chin. I've seen Rios hurt too many times to believe he can pull this off. Rios cannot allow Pac to get off to a fast start or this will be an early night blowout. If Rios is able to answer Pac's flurries while avoiding enough shots it could be a fun fight...no matter what it'll be a Pac stoppage. Nothing against Rios but Pac is still a top 5 p4p talent and a Pitbull and Rios is a really good pressure fighter thats all nothing spectacular.

Ehh ok fight I guess, I don't get how mayweather dominates a ranked contender, makes it look easy and gets criticized. Yet pacquaio gets credit for knocking out Rios, yes he's knocking Rios out so people saying this will be a good fight are delusional, pacquaio will kill this guy. Alvarado was landing at will... that should tell you enough. This is a confidence booster for pacman, nothing more. Ok fight, nothing special.

Yea it makes total sense to put the person who beat one of the fighters fighting in the main event to fight in the co-main event. This fight is not PPV worthy. Arum, please stop making garbage fights. Retire and never come back! So the winner of this fight is going to fight the same pool of fighters that Arum has which are Marquez, Bradley, Provodnikov, Pac, Alvarado, and Rios. Lame!!!

I'm not surprised they chose Rios. Alvarado is taller and could make Manny look bad. Rios will make Pac work for it, but he will walk right into the fire all night long. Pac needs an impressive KO here to get back on the map.

No, he's going to make Pacquiao look good. That's why they didn't rematch Bradley, and that's why they didn't give Alvarado this fight. Pacquiao wouldn't look good against those opponents. It isn't enough for Pacquiao to win, he has to look dominant. Rios will allow Manny to look dominant. CHERRY PICKING AT ITS FINEST.
