Regardless that's not Pacquiao's fault .....that's the fans who buy these types of fights fault.
Yes it is, will be live early there and start at 9pm est for PPV. It's not Pacs fault at all you're right, but I can't help but be slightly upset about it considering all the circumstances. I'd be okay with it being PPV if rios went 2-0 vs alvarado even with pac losing, but both off loses it just seems a bit much.

There are no titles, both coming off losses, one guy at a new weight class, and Rios is not an elite. If it was purely a boxing after dark fight it'd get less complaining because it is what it is, a make sure pac isn't shot fight.
A shot Manny still beats Rios , thats the point its a BS fight to shoehorn Manny into a final cash out .

At least fight a WW , or fight Rios at 140 , show a bit of honor !

        The Pacmonster returns.

Can't wait to see how Pacquiao looks and reacts to Rios' punches.

If Pacman can't beat Rios it's time to call it quits.
Pac monster are you kidding me , Rios is a bum .

Pac isn't even good enough to face Alvarado...considering Pac has built a career out of guys who have been daddied in their most recent relevant fights I'm not surprised.

Rios comes to the ring with everything he has if you think its not enough thats fine but you need to "learn" what bum means in boxing!
A "BUM" is someone who has talent but doesn't use it! A "Bum" is someone who would rather sneak in the backdoor rather than kick in the front door? A "Bum" is a jerk on the net who talks **** about a pro fighter as if he could whip his azz calling him a bum!
Learn the terminology used in boxing you can't make up your own it makes you and even bigger fool!

Rios vs Manny is a tuff fight for both men! Boith are at crossroads physically & mentally and when both of those concerns are involoved theres alot of work to be done to get ready to fight!
Neither one is looking at an easy "tune up" I believe Manny has the majority of the edges in his corner but when an older fighter comes off a KO that left him unconscience theres serious hurdles to get over and a thorough look deep inside is always a topic of concern.
Rios won't have to be concenered with BS press conferences and can get right to work in the gym. If the reported bout is on they both have plenty of time to get ready and be ready!!! I like it!! Ray
In other words Rios IS a bum? Sorry but coming forward taking shots and stopping them with your face is not called skills. Anybody can get in the ring and do that. Rios should take some lessons from Mares and Alvarado. Actually, Rios already took a lesson from Alvarado but my point stands.

I dont really care if its Alvarado or Rios, both are at the same level but i feel like Alvarado got screwed after beating rios, and should have gotten this fight

I'm mad about the PPV, not the match up.

                  Let the hating begin.

This is how you know Pacquiao is good.

Even after he got KTFO, he's not allowed tune ups.

                  RESPECT baby...LOL.

...and no Rios is no tune up.

Rios sucks. Imagine if he fought Mayweather? HAHA. Pacquiao is clearly finished, he has maybe 2 or 3 fights left tops, and he wastes one on a guy that is not even top 5 at 140. Great.

Pac haters do seem to be holding him to a standard they always argue he shouldn't be held to. It's kind of funny.
