if you are comparing ghost and tim NOW- Tim is the better fighter no question. But at ww tim IMO lost to manny, beat abregu and then won a close won vs ruslan. Only manny was a true welter at the time they fought. That may be why most sites rank ghost above him at ww because he has more legitimate wins at the weight-even though he is IMO a better fighter.
