P4P is a ****** terminology, if you put the best heavy weight boxer against any fighter in any division the heavyweight would win, therefore Klitschko is the BEST BOXER IN THE WORLD. Even though he is talentless and boring.

The only reason people **** on modern fighters so much is because promoters today have no idea how to manipulate people and the press like they used to. For an example of how a modern promoter should be doing this check out the UFC's Dana White - NFL reject who didn't start MMA until age 24 = greatest LHW ever. A good promoter should be making second tier fighters look like A level fighters.
