RICKY BURNS says a legal battle with his former promoter Frank Warren will not distract him from Saturday’s world title defence.
The Scot split from Warren in March and has his first fight under new promoter Eddie Hearn against Jose Gonzalez in Glasgow next weekend.
Warren is suing Burns for £300,000 for breach of contract.
