This article is a bit confusing cuz I thought Khan was real keen on avenging his losses at 140. Either way, there's no way that Khan could beat Garcia or Peterson in a rematch, and as for Alexander, just look what the much less regarded Diaz did to Khan, and Alexander's also a southpaw...

Knowing Mayweather, he would take this fight. Its low risk.

Khan, your just starting to get annoying, your not relevant right now. You talk like your in this junior welterweight tourney, your not, because your not good enough. You have a lot of talent but you can't take a punch for *****. You struggled to beat Julio Diaz, enough said.
And I use to think you would have a shot against Floyd, but you have proven time and time again that you you have world class talent but your not a world class fighter.

Khan, maybe if you are able to get Floyd to sign a contract where you are allowed to wear head gear .... then I see a chance.

Khan never learns from his mistakes... He has already 3 losses and was knocked down several times. I am not sure he can even beat Danny Garcia... Khan has speed, but that is not enough to beat a legendary fighter like Floyd...

This fight will never happen because Alexander would KO Khan...Not a huge Alexander fan but Khan's chin is beyond suspect..Waste of an article by whoever wrote this BS

Kahn won't make it past three. He has no chin. None. That's one thing I have to give to the Ghost, he takes a great punch. Khan, however, would have been down and out as soon as he got hit flush on the chin.

and good ppv numbers, dont forget floyd likes to make money too. everything he does is on a risk/reward scale. oscar de la hoya at the time was a bit risky but the reward was incredible. with hatton the risk was super low with a high reward and so on.
got to give it him the guy knows how to make money in this sport, he fights with that same mindset in the ring, fortunately he has the skills and talent to make it all work too.
