Who should get Sept. 14th date. Floyd/??? or Canelo/Cotto?

We all know Floyd will not fight Canelo next so who should get that September 14th date? Floyd's most likely opponents are Alexander, Khan or maybe Peterson if he beats Matthysse.

Why do people think that they're going to have two PPV's or Canelo/Cotto over Floyd?
Floyd averages more than a million PPV, Canelo averages 0.
Floyd has the 300M contract for 5 more fights, Canelo doesn't.
He gets priority over everything, period
