Floyd usually fights guys coming off thrilling and/or big wins.
Khan-Alexander will happen in December.

Who at 147 is coming off an exciting victory that's not signed up for a date yet later this year? Khan looked like trash..Berto just got bludgeoned..Devon would be a complete and utter waste of a ppv event..Bradley is fighting Marquez..only top 147 fighter without an opponent would be Pacquaio and we know that isn't happening. Unless it's at 154 or someone moving up from 140 I can't figure out who he could fight in September that would do a million buys or more. Hell for that Matter who is Pacquaio fighting himself? He's pretty much in the same boat..I don't think Rios or Alavarado get him a million buys.

Let's see what people say about Canelo. Usually when a date comes closer and closer, feelings start changing about Floyd vs a certain opponent he's supposedly avoiding.
This is what anti-Floyd fans are waiting for: If Floyd signs a fight with some one else other than Canelo, they'll say he's ducking and scared. If he signs to fight Canelo, they'll say he's taking advantage because Canelo didn't absolutely dominated Trout and he saw weaknesses.
These guys are funny, you think i'm kidding. Don't believe me, just watch.

An 100% healthy Floyd is like unlocking the best player of a fighting game and using him against all the other weak characters. Floyd's gonna have to come in the ring with one arm tied behind his back in order for his opponents to have a chance. Unless he fights 170 pounders like Canelo and Trout, there he will need to be 100%.
