If you think about it, it would be pretty interesting to see a 36 year old 80% Floyd. How else will Floyd lose 3-4 rounds? He has to come in at 70-80% just to give his opponents a chance to win 3-4 rounds. An 100% healthy Floyd is like unlocking the best player of a fighting game and using him against all the other weak characters. Floyd's gonna have to come in the ring with one arm tied behind his back in order for his opponents to have a chance. Unless he fights 170 pounders like Canelo and Trout, there he will need to be 100%.

Well....Devon doesn't really have a top notch resume. He has one good win lately against Maidana. Bailey was iiiiiight I guess.

Floyd usually fights guys coming off thrilling and/or big wins.

      Khan-Alexander will happen in December.

Who at 147 is coming off an exciting victory that's not signed up for a date yet later this year? Khan looked like trash..Berto just got bludgeoned..Devon would be a complete and utter waste of a ppv event..Bradley is fighting Marquez..only top 147 fighter without an opponent would be Pacquaio and we know that isn't happening. Unless it's at 154 or someone moving up from 140 I can't figure out who he could fight in September that would do a million buys or more. Hell for that Matter who is Pacquaio fighting himself? He's pretty much in the same boat..I don't think Rios or Alavarado get him a million buys.

I believe it's time for Mayweather vs Pacquiao. No more, excuses. The time feels right. That's the best fight out there besides Canelo. I don't think Canelo is ready.

Let's see what people say about Canelo. Usually when a date comes closer and closer, feelings start changing about Floyd vs a certain opponent he's supposedly avoiding.

This is what anti-Floyd fans are waiting for: If Floyd signs a fight with some one else other than Canelo, they'll say he's ducking and scared. If he signs to fight Canelo, they'll say he's taking advantage because Canelo didn't absolutely dominated Trout and he saw weaknesses.

These guys are funny, you think i'm kidding. Don't believe me, just watch.
That is exactly what will happen if he picks canelo. They'll say he got him when he was too green or say trout was robbed but if he doesn't pick canelo then he's ducking him. They're already discrediting the Guerrero win. He absolutely dominated and showed he has corrected the flaws he had in the Castillo fight. Mayweather's body was in tremendous shape and he showed no ring rust outside of the first 2 rounds. He does so many things well that it's hard to imagine him getting beat even if he loses a couple steps. Its not just the speed its the incredible timing and precision punching. He still can move around in there when he choses too and he is just rock solid with his physical strength on the inside. Guerrero did land some shots to Floyds face but he just took them well and kept doing what he wanted to do. He can load up and has the body control to not put himself in position to be countered with a flush shot. The only way he is going to be in a losable fight is if he fights Golovkin at 154.

No way Mayweather goes into a Sept 15th fight with a broken hand against Canelo.

You heard it from me first this will not happen.

The obvious choice is Floyd is going to the UK for Mega Millions fight v Kahn.

maywether wont fight Canelo whether his hand is good or not. although Canelo is not even close to as good as pac was 3-4 yrs ago, he's enough of a threat for May to duck - like Pac, P. Williams, Tszyu.....

no khan wont be next bc hes looked like **** in 2 of his past 3 fights. they need to build him up wit one good win and then try sell him to the public as a threat like they did wit Guererro and Ortiz

Bet they use the injured hand as a way of hyping up the next fight ...

                      Against Berto probably.
