I wouldn't say RG was embarassing. He absolutely gave it his all, but he just doesn't have the talent to hang with a Floyd Mayweather. It wasn't a fight that should have happened, but 147 is so barren, and Ghost had a nice win and an underdog story, and there you go....

I'd say he was embarrassed. It's not just about his performance but the talk of God putting him on this Earth to humble Floyd, and the actions of his father.

Of course he fights for money, over $60million for his last two fights suggests he knows how to do business.

Pacquiao-Mayweather was the fight in 2009-2010, we're now years removed from that and it is irrelevant. It had lost it's luster before Pac-Bradley, that fight along with JMM putting Pac on ice killed it. Yeah, it would still make money, but Mayweather can make huge money against anybody.

Pac did that to Cotto years ago (a Cotto who was in a bad way) when the fight was in demand...those days are gone. The Mosley fight was after Mosley got mauled by Mayweather and drew with Mora.

Pac hasn't had a KO since the Cotto fight and has lost two in a row. Sorry, but I really don't see it as a remotely important fight anymore. I think Pac is done.

Oh and Mayweather is FAR from a favourite fighter of mine. I love watching him in the ring as he's tremendous, but the guy is a bell-end.

He didn't lose two in a row (you know that's b/s) he dominated Bradley and was winning the Marquez fight until he got caught. He'd still mess up Cotto and KO Guerrero.

You can say Pacquiao is finished if you want but do you think Robert Guerrero beats him? If not, then your point is moot because he's still a better opponent than what FMJ is picking. It's the place of any boxing fan to call for the best fights in any division.
