Pacquiao-Mayweather was the fight in 2009-2010, we're now years removed from that and it is irrelevant.

It's not irrelevant gmc, not as long as Pacquiao is still better than Mayweather's opponents.

Pac totally fcuked Cotto up, dropped and dominated Mosley and he'd have rearranged Guerrero's face inside 6 rounds.

If you're a boxing fan you call for the best fights out there, not just clear a hypothetical road for your favourite fighter(s).

Lord knows it's tough enough to make fights happen without fans handing fighters excuses not to make them.

The dude has skills regardless ; however no one pays to see you fight cause your knocking fools out, because in mayweathers case, they pay to see mayweathers *****ass get knocked the f$!k out... Mayweather is #1 pound for pound and the WELTERWEIGHT Champion of the world. Give him some credit hes consistently beat everybody who is anybody at 147 and he beat them while they were winning. A lot of people love to scream he won't fight Canelo. Honestly why should he? Floyd is the man to beat in boxing, a natural 147 pounder, Canelo weighs close to 180 pounds on fight night. If Canelo wants to dethrone Mayweather then tell him to meet him in his weight class since Floyd is indeed the Champ. If the klitchko bros start calling Mayweather out do you guys expect him to move up to heavyweight to fight them? Mayweather beats Welterweights not super middle weights. Canelo has more to prove in his own weight class anyway

So what is then??!??? When Pacman was on top and did almost everything to fight Floyd and gave into many of his demands, the excuses were still flying... Now that pAc got robbed and got KO'd by his most toughest opponent, more excuses. When will Floyd fans finally admit that Floyd takes minimal risks and anyone who can really threaten him, he will avoid at all costs...

The kicker is, i think floyd WILL beat pac, ginger and maybe even Martinez now! but hes so scared of what MIGHT happen that he wont take the fights, and I hate how his fans support him!!!!

Man this looked like a UFC fight with Mayweather clinching all day. He win well and the scores were good but if you want to see a boxing lesson go and see rigondeaux vs donaire, pure speed and footwork with no too many clinching needed by RIgondeaux and fighting a more faster and stronger fighter.

Floyd landed more total punches than Rigo and connected at a higher %, landed twice as many power punches.

I so agree, That guy Rigondeaux dosen't hold like Floyd just boxes like a master never needing to hold as much as Floyd.

People need to realize Floyd is much better at 147 than 154.. Thats why bum ass Cotto looked good vs Floyd.. Floyds a little slower at 154, less powerful and doesnt move as well.. Floyd kills cotto at 147

You do know Mayweather fights around 150 no matter if he is fighting at 147 or 154. So I don't see how his speed or power would be affected by that, he fights in his walking weight like he said.

Yeah, a weight drained Dawson. Ward looked great, but let's not pretend Dawson had anything in the tank after the first 2 rounds. He came out for that 3rd looking tired, lazy and stopped throwing any punches...he also had no punch resistance.

This wasn't a great win, but Guerrero is a good fighter who barelyy won a round. It was solid.

As for Mayweather's smarts away from the sport, he doesn't have any. He's fairly ****** actually, and pretty much a c*nt. That however, has nothing to do with him as a fighter.

It was a boxing lesson at it's finest, I actually felt bad for Guerrero from mid rounds onwards. I bet Floyd even felt bad.
