If Khan beats Devon or vice versa, the winner will be fed to Garcia/Peterson winner (lucas will get screwed out in the peterrson fight). Petterson and Garcia have already stated they are moving up, Garcia said he has one more fight at 140

The final winner will face Floyd and whoever it is, deserves it
