Love this video, Paulie has a great jab and this video is great for anybody of any level wanting to learn how to better their jab. He keeps it nice and simple.
I really do feel he would make a superb trainer I love his commentary though I do feel he is often a bit bias his breakdowns of what is going on etc I feel is superb.
Whilst many will take the p1ss because hes not a big puncher, there is a lot to be learned here for fans/trainers/students of the game of all levels. I wish there was more breakdowns like this that actually kept it in simple terms.
Even fighters of world level that could make it so much easier on themselves learning how to bloody jab!
