Comments Thread For: CompuBox Review: Mayweather's Stats Against Southpaws

Money Mayweather is a +25 vs. 4 southpaws (he's also a +25 in his last 9 fights, tops among active fighters). Southpaws landed just 9 punches per round (19%), while Floyd landed half his power punches. (+/- determined by subtracting opponents connect pct. from Mayweather's connect pct.) These stats don't mean **** it's who you fought as a southpaw and none of them is the Ghost. Also bums from his early career should not be added as a stat on the list this is foolery. Ghost for the upset shocker beat down.

Corley, Shamba Mitchell, Zab Judah, and Ortiz have all been champion. These arent bums early in his career. In fact Floyd never fought a southpaw until he reached 140.

I watched him lose 2 x!!! That will not change. A gifted win in my book does not count. Just me!

Guerrero is in for a long night. I think the Ghost is mentally prepared for this but he'll just fall short due to skill. You can always get lucky in there tho...
