This is why I am a big advocate'r of same day weigh ins.

Everyone does this, only a few fight at there walking around weight, take for instant Rios dude used to almost kill himself just to make 135, Broner would have been in Jose Aguiniga shoes too if he was forced to make the 130 weigh against escobedo.

this is more common place then you would think.

well, he would not be losing 50 pounds remember, if he was 180 pounds when training camp started, you would imagine he would have been around 150 on fight night, which would make sense him passing out with him starving himself to lose 20 pounds

This is the state of boxing, sadly. It's funny that the only 2 fighters I can think of that actually fight at their natural weights are Pac and Floyd.

He had gotten up in weight since he took quite a bit time off from boxing....he's been trying to make a comeback....hope this don't derail it.......

I wish people would learn from the best

who was the fighter of the decade and one of the goat? who is p4p number 1 and undefeated?

what do they have in common, instead of using their camps to drain themselves of their fat, they train and are ready to be at 150 on fight night ish

I have seen fight many times before he gave up on Boxing. 50 pounds on his little short frame is an absurd amount to gain.

And people talk shit when fighters decide not to lose the extra pound.

Duran went from 152 on fight night to 170 which is half of what Aguniga gained and Duran was taller.
