Guerrero makes this a tough fight similar to the Cotto fight, maybe even closer than the Cotto fight, but Floyd wins UD....but very close, the opening rounds will have a lot of action and will go to Guerrero, middle rounds will be slower and will go to Floyd, later rounds gets busier with Guerrero doing a lot of work, but Floyd getting the best of it
