In a battle of unbeaten bantamweights, Fernando Fuentes won a hard-fought four round majority decision over Christian Lorenzo (2-1, 1 KO). Both fighters had their moments in the fight, but Fuentes (2-0-1) was able to land the more telling blows early in the fight. One judge scored the bout 38-38, while the other two judges scored the bout 40-36 and 39-37 for Fuentes.

Kim is a fighter with a great heart and decent punch who has never been taught even the most basic defensive boxing skills. Lunging in unprotected and winging wild punches is an invitation to disaster for any fighter. The number of clean shots to the head he absorbed against Herrera was frightening.

A clueless corner and incompetent trainers=a waste of talent and possible serious brain damage in the future.
