Considering both of their strengths and weaknesses

interesting fight...berto has all the skills to be a great boxer but he dosnt have the strategy...he's similar to William joppy..they both had speed nd a lil pop...they can seemingly out box guys inferior to them...berto...like joppy..just can't seem to win the big ones..nd when they get tagged the seem to lose their cool nd become even more a one trick pony..but berto has explosive power nd is always dangerous...garcia proved that he has grit but his power is over rated...hes one dimensional...specifically when his left hook is taken away..but Danny has incredible will power...nd even tho his power is rated a bit high...he still has it...nd he's undefeated so what ever keeps him winning..even tho nothings special about him stands out ..he should still keep it up..he's the only fighter at that weight...undefeated with a title...nd made a couple defenses...even tho I still consider him a bit overrated...but his will to bite down is underratted...

Garcia by stoppage in mid rounds...but wouldnt be suprised if berto pulled off an unpset

Berto has the size advantage and the speed advantage, both guys can punch. Garcia doesn't hold and hit. it's a good fight. I have it even. either guy could win, but I'm kinda leaving Berto's way just cause Danny is unproven at WW

The style, plus style, it terrible for Garcia.
Berto is much bigger, much faster, better boxer, better defense even.

Those counters and heavy right hands through the guard of Garcia would put him to sleep. Berto is also a volume puncher when he wants, would be a ugly night for Garcia.

Garcia. Berto is too lazy and has taken too many beatings in his recent fights to go in against a younger, hungrier, pressure fighter who believes in his power and keeps on coming. You need footwork to beat Danny, and Berto doesn't have it.

Id fancy Berto in this matchup. I just think with his size, speed, and power advantage I think he could get away with more mistakes than Garcia.

hes still got hidden potential. kids got power but lacks feet movement, angles and stamina issues.

if he gets a better trainer, we might have the next superstar.

While I agree there is room for improvement, IMO there isn't too much upside to him. Meaning, what you see is what you get, a poor mans prime cotto.
