You have to remember that Floyd has rarely faced someone faster than he is. As far as I remember, Judah is the only opponent Floyd fought who was in competitive in terms of speed. By the time a fight between Floyd and Khan were made the speed difference would be significant.

People tend to be so fascinated by speed in boxing. Speed is just one aspect of boxing. When people compare fighters, the two aspects they compare are speed and power. What people don't seem to understand is timing. Timing will beat speed. Once a fighter gets used to the speed, he can easily time his punches. For example, Amir's speed posed a threat to Garcia in the early rounds til he got used to it and threw and perfectly timed hook to his chin. Pacquiao's speed posed a threat to Marquez til Marquez threw a perfectly timed straight. I've always thought timing and accuracy is the perfect kryptonite for speed and power.
come on man. I'm a Khan fan but at this point in time, there is no way Khan is winning against Floyd. Khan needs more experience but I have a feeling he will fight Floyd next year, and he will lose to Floyd...
Khan needs way more experience using his brain. He hasn't been doing that. I think Khan is a good talent. But he needs to improve his Boxing skills and that takes time (years) and experience. Amir has to put in a lot of time and effort. He needs to stop distracting himself with marriage and all that sh-it. If he wants to be a great fighter, he's gotta be focused. Only focused on Boxing. Only crazy people make history.

Agreed. Timing and accuracy is a kryptonite for speed, and nobody does timing and accuracy better than Floyd.
