Where does Cotto rank all time Puerto Rican fighters

If he retires today where would you rank him: top 15? top 30?

Definitely top 15, I would say top 10 even. He was a very good champ and only really lost to elite fighters.

Definitely top 10 imo, he fought most of the elite fighters in their prime
And took on many fighters nobody wanted to fight

I think Cotto is Top 10 for sure. If he could finish his career with a win over Sergio Martínez, I think I would place him Top 5.
