In recent fights, he's claimed he'd come in at 224 etc, and hasn't cracked the 230 mark since mid 2004.

He's not coming in below 220.

Toney has never come through with one of his weight promises since he's been at heavyweight. He always says around 222, and he's always way over. No way in hell he comes in under 220.

In his last two fights, he made claims to come in below 230 and falied to do so. You jumped on a simple comment, read more into it, and (out of desperation) jumped to correct me.
