You people need to get over this already.lol He's not the same fighter he was back then. Does he deserve his undefeated record? No, but there's nothing that can be done about that.
He definitely improved since that fight and he was only 21 so he put up a decent effort against a crafty vet, he just didn't win the fight.
Broner clearly won. Ponce had success early, and that was it. He missed a lot of punches in the second half of the fight.
He was more active than Broner, throwing about twice as many punches, so he was bound to miss more punches but Broner missed quite a lot of punches too. It was a close fight. Watch it again, maybe you forgot how it played out.
