Rios the front runner to face Pacquiao in November

neither Alvarado or Rios deserve a fight one was out boxed by Abril and the other by Prescott but out of the two I would rather watch Pacquiao vs Rios

Well Rios didn't win 1 round against Abril, and Alvarado won 4 rounds and than stopped him in the final round. Big difference. Oh and Alvarado just won the rematch with Rios. Makes no sense to fight Rios instead.

I hope Alvardo fights Pac. It's a harder fight for Pac and will give us an idea of how destructive Pac still is.

Rios would get demolished if he fought Pac anyways.

Alvarado deserves the fight. I like Rios but Alvarado beat him in the rematch so if either one is getting a shot it should be Alvarado unless they do the trilogy but Pac needs a fight.

Alvarado would be an easy fight for Manny,he is stiff and does not move well at all.

Had Manny not been KO'ed in the that fashion against Marquez then I'd agree, but I think everyone wants to see how that KO has affected Pac.

I hope Alvarado gets it because he deserves it more.

Neither are particularly good for Pac legacy wise, but they'll give him confidence once he beats either down.

As a fan though; I prefer Rios. I think his chances, however small, are bigger; for simple reasons.

The things that Alvarado can do better than Rios; Pac does them much better. So I don't see what Alvarado brings to the table that Pan can't handle. The things that Rios does (body attack, solid chin, good power) can perhaps do damage if Pac is indeed faded. Odds are though that Rios gets permanent damage.

Neither seems to have a chance, though.

Well I just want to see Denver get some 24/7 love, just playing haha. But Alvarado is my Colorado native, so I want to see him get his shot. Pacquiao will wreck either guy.

According to Delgado, the fight is happening. They just need to negotiate money now. That's straight from Alvarado's manager.

Would love to see my Colorado guy get the fight, get Denver some 24/7 love. I just hope Alvarado represents if it does. Denver only gets a good fighter every 10-20 years. I mean we had Ron Lyle in the 70's, Stevie in the 90's and early 00's, now Alvarado.
