Apparently, a lot of people here don't understand that Guererro will cut (dehydrate) ost of his weight the morning of the weigh- ins and will be rehydrated and healthy the night before the fight. That's NOT a big cut for a guy that just jumped two weight classes.

So people need to stop with the myths of Floyd coming in at 160 against Marquez.
So you're saying you have proof positive direct visual knowledge of Floydie's weight vs JMM?

most of us are 10 pounds heavier then we should be, but if we wanted to be ripped at possible we just have to eat healthy (not starve yourself) and we will lose those 10 pounds with ease.
Man for a boxer that already has been training hard to drop 10 pounds in one week, they would have to make some serious alterations to their diet, fluid intake, and/or physical activity. We might differ on what's considered "drastic" but 10 pounds isn't going to lose itself that quickly with only minor changes to one's diet.

My only point was that it has to be nice for Floyd to consistently walk around at his target weight and be totally comfortable come fight week. Robert Guerrero should be just fine with dropping six pounds this week as well, but there's going to be some effort involved.

Neither do you ! , do you know what evidence is ? you you know evaluation of evidence is ?

Floyd has never " officially " been above 153 lbs ever , now what evidence can you show to dispute that ? is it a Floyd super drug to blow himself up to a ripped 160 , or did you working out by means of a mathematical calculation based on corner post constant size and the focal length of the lens x mass , no ?

I know Pacboy said so lol .

You kids blow numbers out of your ass

Are you kiddin me? No way will he go into that ring @ 151 or 155. Guerrero walks around naturally well above 165/170 lbs. He's BIG, and this has been the case for quite some time. Guerrero, like Ortiz, like Cotto, like Mosley, will come into the ring well above 160 lbs. Guerrero was 160 lbs some weeks ago, after a month of training. What Guerrero is doing, along with most fighters, is very unhealthy. It subtracts years from his lifespan.

You'd think the majority of fans would know that weight draining 6lbs is no big deal and is actually less than most fighters drain, but i guess not judging by the replies.

So your telling me he is 7lbs dehydrated a week out from the fight and still must dry out more to make 147 , dry for a week , lol , sorry my friend you dont know what your on about , how can he be bigger on fight night from what he is a week early ? in 30hrs you cant build muscle that fast , you cant create fat that fast , can only be fluids and nobody dehydrates 7 lbs a week before the fight , if the week out weight is correct he will be about 155 on the night .

He wouldn't be in the 150s a week before the fight if he was going to be in the 160s on fight night. Use your brain.

At the end of the day unless Guerrero can literally walk through Floyd's punches, which I haven't seen anyone able to do as of yet, then he loses just based on the difference in speed alone. People like to claim that Berto is quicker than Floyd but that's like comparing NCAA Football to the NFL.
