WBC/WBA junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs) was honored by the President of Mexico, Enrique Peņa Nieto, in Los Pinos. On April 20th at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Canelo won a twelve round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Austin Trout (26-1, 14KOs) as 40,000 fans cheered him on. Canelo has stated that he plans to return on September 14th against an opponent to be determined.

You're an idiot. Mexico has vast array of different peoples. There are Whites, Blacks, and Browns all over the country. A white Mexican is not a big deal at all considering it was conquered by the Spanish; and has been a popular location from immigrants all over Europe; not to mention Argentina, which is inhabited by mainly European descendants! Mexico actually has the largest population of Argentines outside of Argentina!!! So there, stop making a big deal of Saul's skin color. It's no ****en big deal!!!
