Depends solely on Vitali.
If 60% of Vitali that fought Arreola/Adamek shows up - no.

Vitali doesn't like body punches and Stiverne knows how to work a body. So maybe Chisorra's Vitali (+2 years) would have some problems.

But I think it won't be competitive as Vitali is smart enough to retire if he sees he can't do it anymore. If he can, he beats Stiverne with an ease.
