I think Martinez doesn't belong at 160 tbh. He's facing too many layoffs and is too old to keep having them. Murray, I want to see him again, he can fight. Maybe even underrated.

I think Danny showed different wrinkles in his game and Judah fought with more purpose than he had in a while.

Kid Chocolate is a very limited fighter. Uses 1 2's and not much else. To repetitive.

I haven't seen the Arreyolla fight yet.

I've been saying for awhile that it was going to be a competitive fight. People should not have expected any less.
It's not a slight on Murray but more of how Martinez looked. We don't see him hit as often as he got hit vs Murray. I think at 39 years old, it's going to be very tough for Martinez to go up in his career. I think we have seen the best of him.

The reason I'm quite certain that Martinez is succumbing to age is the amount of clean shots he took. An injury doesn't hamper your reflexes, but age does.

Garcia isn't the most polished fight in the world. He seems to have difficulty throwing that right hand straight. However, he more than makes up for it with his great chin and power.

Believe it or not, I still have a lot of optimism when it comes to Khan, but he must change a few things. Khan is one of those rare fights for whom combination punching should be discouraged. He gets wobbled whenever a punch lands. He should use his speed to pot shot from the outside. Whenever a fighter is bearing down on him he should put the earmuffs up. It might not be exciting, but winning is paramount.

I think if Arreola was going to lose weight he would have done it by now. As with Solis, I'm become less optimistic about him as time passes. Also, this attempted transformation of him from a swarmer to a boxer-puncher should be aborted.
That's my major point with Martinez, his defense. He doesn't move like he once did and this started a few fights ago, we just saw it more pronounced.

As far as Khan, that's what Hunter has been preaching and teaching, stick and move and he can do that for a certain number of rounds but there are ropes there. You can't jump out of the ring and you will be hit. Once he gets hit by one of those monsters at 140, he's going to sleep.

I have said and I stick by it, speed, power and chin are things you are born with. You can improve you're speed and power to a certain extent but I have never seen any evidence of something making the chin better. Khan has a glass jaw, sorry but he does. He was being rocked by shots that weren't terribly clean or super hard. You can't survive that 140 division with those punchers that way, sorry you just can't.
