Telling you dog, Lamont is going to manhandle Lucas...I hope not cuz Swift will have an easier time with Lucas.
Judah's definitely past it. There were so many moments against Garcia where you could see that Judah knew what to do, but couldn't pull the trigger. That's one of the top signs that a fighter is past it, when they can't pull the trigger like they want to.

You're right for the majority of the fight but Zab proved to those that matter the most that he has something left. It was a great fight for Swift's development overall and Zab gets to continue his solid career. Win win for all involved including us.

Zab is getting way too much credit for his performance.

Don't get me wrong, I was rooting for him real bad, and was having these beautiful visions of one of those straight lefts sending Danny to sleep and Angel freaking out.

        But c'mon.

He's getting credit for basically not mentally imploding in a big fight. It's the bare minimum we ask for any elite level fighter but cos it's Zab, he gets extra love.

Honestly, I am tired of him gate-keeping. Oscar hyping him up is really worrying.

The guy couldn't knock out Khan while juiced up and hitting him flush multiple times. What makes you think he's going to manhandle Matthysse?

Not manhandle in the sense of kicking his ass with brute force. more a long the lines of executing a game plan that negates anything Lucas bring to table. I am not that enarmored with power for power sakes. Regardless, it's going to be a great fight. Boxing little Renaissance.

Well okay, personally I never saw anything special about Peterson's boxing ability but perhaps he'll prove me wrong.

I hope Lucas wins. He has plus power only whereas Lamont is good in multifacets of the game especially his willingness to trade. Zab was unwilling to follow suit against Lucas and Garcia. Lamont will be but in a more calculated and cerebral fashion, which is what impresses me about how he grinds in this trade...just like money v. the ghost this weekend, very intriguing fight.
