Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder on Fury, He's The Next Man I Want To See!

Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield, England - After stopping Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison in the first round, undefeated heavyweight puncher Deontay Wilder (28-0, 28KOs) called out Tyson Fury (21-0, 15KOs) during an interview with BoxNation. The fight won't happen anytime soon. Fury's camp will soon begin negotiations to finalize an IBF final eliminator with Kubrat Puleb, where the winner will receive a guaranteed shot at unified champion Wladimir Klitschko.

Fury would just absolutely dominate Wilder.

With no favoritism, I see this as a pretty even fight. Wilder's power and Fury's chin make me think Wilder by ko in 3. But, Fury is unpredictable and has incredibly good fortune, so who knows.

you passed your first test by fouling a guy & having an incompetent ref in terry o'conner...you got to step up a few more times yet...fury is top 2 in the WBC & IBF i believe so you ain't anywhere near him. go fight david price or seth mitchell...

Top 2 or not he's not incredibly impressive. I wouldn't mind seeing this fight, I think Wilder beats Fury tbh.

I have to ask how was Fraudley any kind of a test? In my opinion Wilder is still untested and I still give him a great chance at stopping Fury, simply because Fury is a horribly overrated fighter. Can I now expect more red K's from Fury fans?

Fury's chin can't hold up to Wilder's right hand.

                  Wilder by KO3...

The big stiff idiot isn't getting up like he did vs Cunningham.
