Mike Tyson was horrified when an ex-girlfriend cooked and ate one of his beloved racing pigeons.

The boxer-turned-movie star reveals his ex even offered him a bite of her boiled bird, but he couldn't bring himself to dine on a once-feathered friend.

Appearing on the Boomer & Carlton radio show on WFAN in New York on Thursday, the avid pigeon fancier recalled, “I was dating this young lady and she said, ‘I don’t know why you’re flying those damn birds, you should be eating them.’

“She happened to grab one and she cooked one and proceeded to eat it. And I just couldn't do it ... It just wasn’t the right thing to do ... It wasn’t cool. But it was her house and we were living off of her dime, so she could do (it).”

The Hangover star, who is currently touring theatres with his one-man show, revealed the romance ended soon after the bird-eating incident.

lol.. could have been a foreign girl or maybe just a girl who grew up in the country or on a farm? Maybe even a city girl with a dad who was a butcher? Or even just a hungry girl with a knife. Mike sure did attract some devious females in his time. Hope he's got a genuine lady now.
