I can hit the speedbag with my eyes closed... literally, it's a timing thing, you don't even need to see the bag.

By the mentality of some here, it's clear that the guy who does the speedbag-to-music videos on YouTube would dominate any professional boxer.

Funny most the people talking **** can probably go 25min straight doing all kinds of fancy tricks on a speed bag..yet would probably fail to win any amateur tournaments.

            Because speedbag = skill!

No one is saying a speed bag means you win a fight / sparring session. However it is a sign that a fighter has slipped if their timing is all wrong.

Zab looked terrible, that is a fact.

So Zab has has little chance of lacing Garcia with a perfect left uppercut cuz his speed bag game isn't Mayweather-esque?...

because nobodies predicting that Judah outboxes or makes Garcia look silly..most who give Zab any shot will be by landing a perfect shot..similar to what Garcia did to Khan..

and I don't see what his speed bag game has to do with his power

lol if Zab gets stopped, people will be referring to his speedbag skills not being on point

Speed bag exercises are usually performed after an extensive workout session. Zab's arms were probably heavy and tired from all the work he put in prior to his speed bag stint.

I really hope that's the case and he ain't slippin. cause if so he's better off retiring and sticking to the promoting aspect of the game.
