Pacquiao playing b-ball to keep in shape...

So Pacquiao is playin' basketball to keep in shape from what I've heard.. Does he always do this to keep in shape after fights? Wtf is he gonna do in October? Is he planning to crossover his opponent or dunk on them? Doesn't make sense to me. I'm really worried about Pac man...

Is this a normal thing for Pac?

What do most fighters do after fights? Do they just get fat before training camp starts? Then put in all the work in training camp?

I don't know guys.. I'm really concerned for Pacquiao.. I like the dude I really want him to bounce back not bounce a basketball......

Pacquiao has been playing BBall for years now. He might be upping the amount of sessions a weak now but yeah. People are thinking too much about that Marquez defeat. Pac still whoops 99% of people.

basketball is good cardio he just needs to make sure to wrap his ankles and be careful not to get injured.

Pac plays BBall because he likes it... I would consider it "training" per se

basketball is the best way to stay in shape between fights for a fighter (besides boxing of course). in fact playing basketball will benefit a fighter in just about any stage of his preparation.

basketball improves footwork, balance, coordination, reflexes, agility, flexibility, speed, hand-eye coordination, punching power, stamina and much more..

mayweather, pacquiao, dawson, broner and RJJ are all avid basketball players. there is no coincidence they are also among the best athletes the sport has seen in recent years.

as a matter of fact RJJ actually played basketball as part of his regimen leading up to fights, it was in the workout plan! he played several times a week too.

when i was actively boxing i started playing basketball again to see if it would benefit me and its one of the best decisions i ever made as a fighter. it helped me so much in the ring i dont even know where to start.

so if pacquiao is playing basketball thats great. he could be back in the gym by now, even do some sparring. but other than that this is the best thing he could possibly do.
