    Good analysis...+1

Sergio seems extremely motivated. That 12th round KD he suffered against Chavez definitely bruised his ego, and you can tell he feels like he has something to prove. Looking very forward to this fight.

Plus he's fighting in front of about 50,000 Argies, against an Englishman (Argies dont like the English very much lol). Martinez will be out to make a statement. If Murray goes at him i dont think he'll last 6 rounds

I think Martinez wins, having said that on another thread.....

....but if SM is hoping to be drinking a nice glass of fruity, Argentine red and tucking into a juicy steak in his favourite Buenos Aires restaurant without having done some proper, bruising ring time with Murray then he could be in a very rude/unplatable surprise.

And he might need to order an extra ribeye for his face.

Murray is a big, bloody hard middleweight who thinks he can win and won't simply go into the ring and put his chin on the line like a novice.

Murray's a strong, game fighter who bullies his opponents but he's no Chavez Jr and will be eating punches from all angles, all night. I think Martinez will bamboozle him at times and stop him after dealing a lot of punishment.

Depends on how tentative Murray becomes after the first few rounds, he might last the distance. If he just tries to walk Martinez down he's getting fucked up.

Good to see the Brits getting their crack at world titles but why does it have to be the best champion out there?

Murray-Macklin-Barker-McEwan needs to happen asap! with Nick Blackwell, Billy Joe Saunders, John Ryder, Adam Etches & Chris Eubank Jr not far behind. Prince Aaron, Joe Selkirk... - I could go on, but damn, there is a lot of talent in that division for us.
something tells me that murray and his people don't plan on going the distance. they probably have the mentality of them having no chance at getting the nod in argentina. i think they're set on pulling off the upset, and by the stoppage. we'll see on saturday night. i'm pumped for this one, even though most see murray as a lesser opponent for martinez.
out of the four title fights that can happen in the MW division, two that are signed include brits. i think eddie hearn should target barker/geale if chavez/barker isn't a done deal already. i think barker has a fair shot against geale. if he could win that fight, they can set up an all british title fight like barker/macklin later in the year.
