Angel “Memo” Heredia and Victor Conte may both work with fighters and provide them services to get them into the best physical condition possible but they are both currently involved in a fight of their own; against each other.

For weeks now, both men have taken to Twitter to attack and argue with one another. From questioning how they handled their past troubles for supplying PEDs to the current methods of random testing for fighters; they have gone back and forth with the end seemingly nowhere in sight.

BoxingScene caught up with Angel Heredia and asked about the Twitter war and his thoughts on Victor Conte.

LOL Memo saying he is a USADA guy and claiming he trusts them because he has been working with them for years and knows their protocols, maybe he knows how to beat their tests thats why he likes USADA.

The same USADA he helped Marion Jones pass, she openly challenged anyone to test her any day of the week, its funny the steroid users are always the ones willing to take the tests, cause they know they can beat the tests.

But thats funny how he says Conte has an interest in VADA yet Memo has a bias toward USADA and a bias towards it.

I trust Vada more because Margaret Goodman is one of the fairest she even challenged the commission long before this drug testing about better fighter safety and PEDS.

Of course Memo wants to use USADA. They don't catch anyone and their protocol allows them to go straight to the promotor instead of the commissions. In addition it's VADA busting cheaters not USADA. Memo is a damn fraud.

The connection between Conte and VADA is a little fishy. Does he have any stock in that company, or does he profit in any way from their success?

Because if he does then that would explain why he encourages boxers to use VADA.

Memo will have you think that Conte is in bed with VADA but that's just a smokescreen to deflect his exclusive use of USADA which he can easily circumvent. There is no question Memo is a smart dude and he knows how to get around USADA not because USADA is in bed with him but because 1- the ratios USADA uses to define a cheater is less stringent than VADA and 2- USADA reports directly to whoever pays for the test (AKA promotors). Remember the Morales' dirty A and B samples? If they go to commission his dirty a s s gets fined, if you go to the promotor you just retake the test. When you sign with VADA to administer the test you give up control of chain of command as well as reporting protocol, plus VADA is way more random than USADA. Memo thinks fight fans are too ****** to know the difference. He's wrong.

yup. I dont trust USADA, and these ill informed idiots on here keep saying Victor Conte runs VADA, they don't even do research they are the type who listen to anything the media tells them from a headline without even reading the article.
