Berto beat? Collazo? (and most people scored it for Collazo)
The Cotto win is highly questionable. Sergio started boxing at 20 so he wasnt the same Sergio we see today. And Clottey is a bum. Margarito hasnt won a single round since getting busted. Completely outclassed by everybody hes faced, including a shot Mosley. Who toyed with him for 9 rounds than put him down.

Berto is a good fighter. He didn't lose to Guerrero because he not better. He lost because he was trying that Mayweather defence ****. When will people learn that if you haven't got the speed, you can't it off. The Berto that fought Ortiz would have whooped Guerrero.

Khan's chin is better than Berto's. That's why he will never be elite. As a matter of fact I would love to see Khan vs Berto since Khan's is now ranked #2 at WW Call it "Battle of the glass jaws"

So if Karas-Soto wins it means he is going to get a crack at Floyd?

At this point I don't know that he can get past Soto-Karass... but either way... he certainly won't beat top notch fighters. Guerrero beat the living daylights outta him, and Ortiz beat him up pretty bad too. And IMO Collazo either beat or drew with him. But wow, did HBO ever put him on a pedestal.
