Very true, if Floyd had fought that Canelo he would have got no credit

If Floyd beats Canelo, it wont be considered a cherry pick as Canelo has the trout win in the bag. Canelo has proven himself in one fight. Some thought Trout would be a step too far.....Canelo passed the test.

Some may think Floyd is a step too far, and it will be for Canelo to pass a test again, he did it once, why not once more.
But there are differing opinions, some think Canelo is too good for Floyd and too big. Some think Floyd is too good.
      Lets get it on.

The moment Floydie signs to fight a fighter everyone claims his ducking. That fighter goes through a metamorphosis and turns into a cherry pick just like Guerrero, Mosley, Juda, Oscar, Hatton, Castillo, Ortiz, you name it.

lol bhop would take his soul...if he had one.

But I'm tired of all this ducking talk. I don't even like Floyd but he isn't ducking lol.
Same with a lot of fighters who are "ducking" or "scared"

Well SSM was never going to be a great win for Floyd, as he was a man with 5 losses and old. Hatton was a nice name for Floyd, but i didnt agree with the help Floyd got for the win from Cortez. And of course Hatton wasnt too good at 147, had had a lot of trouble against 147 guys like Collazo.

Canelo would be a level up for Floyd. As Canelo beat the man trout who beat Cotto more convincingly than Floyd did. And canelo took Trouts unbeaten record. Floyd didnt do that against SSM im afraid.
Of course Floyd would get credit, how much credit depends on how the fight pans out, and for us to know that, we have to see the fight.

But theres no point in crying at the possibility Floyd will get discredited. He will get discredited more, for training harder than any other boxer but with no fights lined up, training for a fight that will never be.
If floyd and his fans are worried he will get discredited for winning he may as welll retire and not fight anyone.

Floyd doesn't fight Canelo. No way. I already made a thread about this, the only interesting thing is going to be exactly how he gets out of it.

Floyd surely should step it up at this late stage in his career. The fans need some exciting fights, or else this ducker must retire.
